She has also written a cookbook “A Handful of Flour - Recipes from Shipton Mill” published by Headline, which was nominated for the Guild of Food Writers “First Book” award 2017. Tess has developed and photographed recipes for Shipton Mill over the course of eight years, giving her an understanding of being on both sides of the camera when it comes to food styling and capturing food at its best.
